How long is a Sunday Assembly?
The program is about an hour and a half and starts at 12:30 pm. Everyone is invited to a pre-assembly luncheon at 12:00 pm that includes pizza and salad.
How often will Sunday Assembly Portland meet?
The Assemblies are currently every 2nd Sunday of the month from 12:30 pm – 2 pm.
Where does Sunday Assembly meet?
Lucky Labrador Public House. You can find us on the second floor of the Lab by entering through the main entrance off of SW Capital Highway. We will have a sign out directing you to the stairs.
Are children welcome at Sunday Assembly?
We currently do not have a children’s program due to a lack of interest from attendees and volunteers. If you’re interested in bringing your kids please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
How do I RSVP for the next one/find out more info/get on the mailing list?
Registering here at the website will get you on our mailing list. You can always RSVP for assemblies in the Assemblies tab.
I never RSVP’d. Can I still get in?
Sure. RSVPs help us plan for set up but are not required. In the unlikely event that we have more attendees than fire codes can accommodate, we will admit on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is Sunday Assembly Portland a non-profit?
We are a registered 501c3 non-profit corporation with Federal Tax Exempt status.
Where do my donations go?
100% of donations, both in person and through the website, go toward local expenses (venue, insurance, legal organizational development, equipment, and treating our guest speaker to lunch). Sunday Assembly Portland organizers are all volunteers.
