Vinnie Kinsella founded the PDX Late Bloomers Club, a social/support organization for gay, bi, and trans men who came out later in life. Years before his own coming out, he carved out a niche for himself in Portland’s book publishing industry as an editor, book designer, and college instructor. Fueled by the belief that visibility opens up doors of change for marginalized people, he is working to launch Eldredge Books, an LGBTQ nonfiction publishing company. Eldredge’s first book, Fashionably Late: Stories from Gay, Bi, and Trans Men Who Came Out Later in Life, is due out in March of 2016.
