Join us Sunday, April 12th in beautiful Lola's Room for live music, inspiring sharing, and a thought provoking lecture from local expert Dr. Will Baumgardner.
After the assembly, mosey on downstairs to Ringlers for lunch and have a beer for Sunday Assembly Portland! 100% of all food and beverage sales go directly towards covering our costs.
Child care provided in the Wonder Club 10:45am - 12:45pm.
Sunday Assembly Portland is Free and Everyone is welcome!

On-street parking is free on Sunday until 1 pm. Pre-pay available through 2:30pm.
The theme of our April Assembly is SOLIDARITY. In honor of that, we came up with a little something we call "SOLI-WEAR-ITY!" In order to show your soli-wear-ity, we encourage you to wear something that represents your "tribe" (so to speak.) This can be any group that you identify with- be it a country, a sports team, an ethnicity, a city, a subculture, etc. Basically, any group that you are proud to be a part of- wear their gear to the assembly in SOLI-WEAR-ITY!

Origin stories have the power to define, connect, and inspire us. As we reach a critical inflection point in human history, Dr. Baumgardner looks to the human origin story for a model to bind humanity in the pursuit of beautiful and sustainable future.

Dr. Will Baumgardner has played the roles of scientific researcher, educator, and enthusiast, earning a Ph.D in Chemistry from Cornell university. He uses his energy, passion, and knowledge to be a lively advocate for an awe inspired perspective of our wonderfully complex universe, and the amazing life it contains.
