SA PDX Marches for Science

Portland's March for Science is going down April 22nd and Sunday Assembly can be a part of it!

Let's wear our Sunday Assembly t-shirts and gather together under the Banner of SA PDX to show our support for science and the role it plays in everyday lives. The main goals of the march and rally are to call for science that upholds the common good and to call for evidence-based policy in the public's best interest.

In addition to gathering and marching together the day of the march, we can use our organization as a force for good to help this event be successful. The organizers are looking for volunteers to stick around after the marching is done to help with event take-down.  The more ssemblers we have for this, the more fun it will be, so please plan on sticking around through the early evening. RSVP here or on our Facebook event to give us a good idea of how many of us will be there.

How to find us:

During the rally before the march, SA PDX will try to gather as a group as close to the water as possible with big Sunday Assembly signs.  If you have a hard time finding us, or are late to the march, text or call 618.767.6787 to try to locate the group.
